Date: 24 August 2009 BROCKLEBANK CONGRATULATES ELIE PRIMARY ON SUPERB SCHOOL INSPECTORATE REPORT A recent report by HM Inspectorate of Education has commended Elie Primary School for the excellent quality of education it provides. Commenting on the report, Conservative MSP for Mid Scotland and Fife, Ted Brocklebank MSP, said;
“I would like to congratulate the children and staff of Elie Primary School for the excellent report that their school has received from the HMIe inspectors. The school should take great pride in the comments it has received and I am sure it will continue to go from strength to strength in the future.
“I was particularly impressed to read that Elie Primary School has made links with a school in Malawi - a country that I have visited and which Scotland has a close and enduring relationship with. It is great to see that Elie Primary School is continuing this tradition and that the pupils have been involved in fundraising to help those less fortunate than themselves.”
